Roe v. Wade has been the law of the land for over 50 years. Now, DC judges are putting politicians between a woman and her doctor. This will lead to tragic, heartbreaking outcomes. As a husband, I shudder to imagine my wife being refused life-saving care because the Government disagrees with her doctor.
I trust West Virginia women and their doctors. We must ensure that doctors can continue to practice life-saving medicine without fear. We must provide reasonable exceptions that ensure a victim of a violent crime maintains the agency over their body.
